Loan Information

1. Last two years tax returns

2. Last two years W’2’s

3. Last 30 days pay stubs

4. Two months of bank statements

5. Latest quarterly retirement and portfolio Statements

Once you've gathered all the above information, you're ready to complete our online loan application. After you've applied, I will contact you to discuss the status of your application, and let you know when I have finished processing your application. I will also let you know if there is any additional information I need to process your loan.
